Not only was this Mala beautiful and visually a quality piece, it is stunning due to the very large (about 3") crystal double pointed wand pendant. Sadly the tip had broken off one of the ends, and when I contacted Buddha's Flower through social media (where I purchased it), they immediately responded and took care of the issue.
